Super Sprint Format
This is a training EVENT Race for anyone who is looking at sharpening their triathlon skills and challenging themselves with some fun competition and speed work.
We are excited to offer a fun SUPER SPRINT to get your heart pumping and your body racing!!! This super fun format is short and fast and consists of three rounds:
7:00am | Round 1 | 7k Bike / 1.5k Run / 200m Swim
*7:45am | Round 2 | 1.5k Run / 200m Swim / 7k Bike
*8:30am | Round 3 | 200m Swim / 7k Bike / 1.5k Run
*Start times are approx dependent on finish times and how many are completing additional rounds.
