Our V8 Squad session caters for every level of swimmer. Whether you want to work on your technique or push yourself against others - this session is for you!

Coach JB will have a fantastic fast & fun session to increase your swim speed and endurance!

What to bring:

Leak proof goggles and swim cap

Budgys (togs) or Tri-Suit (items are available in our online store)

Water bottle & towel

If you have these, please bring them:

Pull buoy
Paddles
Kick board
Flippers
